Information you may find useful


Parking

We do not have any designated patient parking. There is free 60 minute parking on Rintoul Street and the surrounding streets. In some of the side streets this may be longer.  It can be a bit tricky to find a park at times, so please allow at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment for parking.


Cancellations

You will be sent a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you no longer require this appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee applies if you do not cancel within 1 hour of your appointment time.


Payment

We expect payment on the day of your consultation. If you are having difficulties paying an account, please speak to one of our reception or administration team or our accounts person. It is possible to pay accounts in small manageable automatic payments, and there may be other ways we can help.


Be on time

If you are running late please ring ahead of your appointment time. If you are more than 7 minutes late you will be asked to rebook your appointment and you will not be seen.


Did not attend

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment you may be charged a full consultation fee.


Consultations

Standard consultations are 15 minutes long. If you think you require more time or have multiple issues to discuss, please ask our team about booking a double appointment.

For certain appointments, such as work medicals or for new patients, you will be required to book a double appointment.

You may also want to book extra time if you have several medical issues to discuss with your GP. Please advise the receptionist of this when you are booking your appointment.

Please note we offer face to face and phone consultations.
