Manage My Health has made it simple and easy for you to take care of your and your family’s health
Manage My Health serves as a secure online platform that securely collects your health data from our clinic's system. It also provides a convenient space to store additional health-related details not necessarily logged in our system, like alternative treatments or medications. This enables you to access your personal health information from any internet-connected device, anytime and anywhere globally. Moreover, the website offers various features such as health-related news, community forums, and access to wellness programs.
What does Manage My Health offer?
Your online Personal Health Record can be made up of consultation notes, laboratory results, prescriptions, immunizations, allergies, diagnosed medical conditions and recalls.
In addition to this you will have the ability to create an online journal where you could enter goals and record your progress, or simply record information you would like to discuss with your doctor next time you see them, create calendar items to help remind you of things coming up such as any appointments or program, and you are able to create your own discussion topic or simply join in with existing discussions.
Manage My Health Fees
A minimum charge of $20 ($8 for CSC* or $0 for U14) applies for any messages requiring a clinical decision. If significant consideration or a report/referral are required, an additional charge will be added, is at the discretion of the GP/NP.
Repeat prescriptions ordered through Manage My Health will charged at our regular rate - as seen on our fees page.

Who should use Manage My Health?
If you are 16 years or older and have your own email address, then you are eligible to register for Manage My Health.
Everyone should use Manage My Health, even if you are very healthy and don’t see your doctor often. You never know when an emergency situation may arise where your basic medical information could be critical, such as your blood type or any allergies you may have.
Each family member needs to register using a unique email address for each family member. (This is required to ensure that when looking at health information, privacy, security and integrity of records are maintained).
